Whether you're a parent, a school or a local authority, referring a child to Seed & Rise is straightforward. We'll guide you through every step.
We work in partnership with local authorities to provide assessment-led placements for children with EHCPs, with clear planning, reporting and review built in.
When a child needs more than a mainstream setting can offer, schools can refer directly. We collaborate closely so transitions are smooth and informed.
Parents are welcome to approach us directly. We'll talk through your child's needs, the options available, and how a place might work.
Our therapies are available independently of an education place, for children from age 3 — get in touch to discuss what your child needs.
Call or email us with a little about the child and what's prompting the enquiry.
We review EHCPs, assessments and reports, and arrange a visit to meet the child.
Together we agree how a place would work — the right balance of learning, therapy and support.
We welcome the child gently, at their pace, and keep everyone informed as they settle.
We partner with local authorities, schools, therapists and businesses who share our belief that every child deserves the chance to thrive.
As part of the Seed & Rise Community CIC, corporate partnerships also help fund opportunity for children who need it most.
